This is because we add far less air into our ice cream meaning each tub is packed with more real ingredients, making for a creamier full flavoured indulgent experience.

And if that's not enough, all Treat Yo Self products are 98-99% sugar free, vegan and suitable for low carb diets and diabetics.

All of them! We want everyone to be able to enjoy our ice cream so we have made all of our flavours gluten free

Some of our flavours contain nuts, which is specified on the product packaging. To learn which flavours are suitable for you please check our flavours page. All of our products are made on the same production line and may contain traces of nuts.

Some of our ingredients may sound unfamiliar to some, but rest assured they are all natural! Here is a breakdown of some of the lesser known ingredients we use:

• Locust bean gum (or carob bean gum) is extracted from the seeds of the carob tree, which is native to the Mediterranean region.
• Guar gum is derived from the seed of the guar plant. This plant has been grown in India and Pakistan for centuries, where it is one of the most important crops, used as a food for both humans and animals.
• Xylitol is found in most plant material, including many fruits and vegetables. It is extracted from birch wood or corn. It is widely used as a sugar substitute in many sugar free products.
• Erythritol is made through fermentation and occurs naturally in a wide variety of foods, including many fruits and mushrooms, as well as in fermented foods such as cheese, wine, beer, and soy sauce. It is widely used as a sugar substitute in many sugar free products.

Xylitol and Erythritol are widely used natural sweeteners that are perfectly safe for human consumption.

However, please keep Treat Yo Self away from your pets as Xylitol does not agree with your furry friends.

When stored correctly, Treat Yo Self will last in your freezer for 12 months.
